Managers are skirt chasers who promote women. Low ethics for managers. One mistake - no warning- competent employees get fired. It only means respect boss' favorite ladies and Him, because he is the God. Managers' Cronies are rewarded at every opportunity. Competent people who differ in opinion with their managers are chastised. Don't be a male working for Dupont, just wear a skirt and suck up to the manager and your success is guaranteed. Divide and Rule different deparents and individuals is the mantra of the managers. Fire your competent people as consulting companies at 10x higher cost can do marginal work. Just don't be a thinker, as you can hire a consultant to do a marginal job. If you really are "Committed to Zero", help the manager in shutting and possibly shuttering the plant down.
