Pros

Pioneer is a good place to work. The benefits and salary are very competitive in the market and they really do try for their employees.

Cons

It is very large and it can be very hard to get anything done at times due to segmentation. Seems like a lot of long time employees are set in their ways. People here think putting more time in at work is more productive. A lot of people put in way to many hours.

Pros

Pioneer is a pretty secure company to work for, the abilty to do different jobs. Pioneer has a safe work enviorment.

Cons

Long hours, not enough employees to cover work load in certain areas. Not enough time to spend with your family. Too many meetings take employees away from their job too much. Merit increases are very poor considering the great sales year and profit margin Pioneer has enjoyed. Merit increases doesn't reflect the good performance review that you received.
