      Mostly smart co-workers, nice office

      Cons

      Short tempers, big egos, management can't stay on the same page, always micromanage to the worker's detriment. They'll cut you loose as soon as they've extracted what they wanted from you.

      Pros

      Management is supportive and extremely accessible. This is a small company, and its leadership invests a lot of time and energy into their employees. They value employees' individual strengths, and rather than attempting to fit everyone into a common mold (and then basing expectations on that mold), they are able to utilize differing capabilities in a way that furthers everyone's collective and individual success. They will expect great things from you, and will support you along the way. They associate the success of the company with the success of each employee in it. A really great experience overall.

      Not really. If you are not intrinsically-motivated, though, this company may not be a good fit.
