      Pros

      Management is supportive and extremely accessible. This is a small company, and its leadership invests a lot of time and energy into their employees. They value employees' individual strengths, and rather than attempting to fit everyone into a common mold (and then basing expectations on that mold), they are able to utilize differing capabilities in a way that furthers everyone's collective and individual success. They will expect great things from you, and will support you along the way. They associate the success of the company with the success of each employee in it. A really great experience overall.

      Not really. If you are not intrinsically-motivated, though, this company may not be a good fit.

      Pros

      Small Company so most employees interact almost daily with management. Management cares about your personal wellbeing The company is diverse, and everyone is respectful. New ideas can be suggested and tested. Wins are celebrated and losses are addressed in constructive way.

      Cons

      Subcontractor on most Government contracts. Employees are spread over different Navy bases in the Washing, DC area so it can be hard to meet employees from different contracts.

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow vertically while exploring new fields. There are multiple projects that we support therefore many opportunities to get involved, including proposal work, engineering services, recruiting or client-facing activities.

      Cons

      It's challenging work and sometimes the answers are unknown. Sometimes it's up to the individual to press forward and figure it out.
