      I am a relatively new employee at Piper Companies and I couldn't be any happier with my career. As a recent graduate in the midst of a global pandemic, I didn't have high hopes for finding both a fulfilling and secure job, yet Piper gave me that and more. Not only did they handle their employees with the utmost thought & care during quarantine, but they also went above and beyond to uplift their employees during these challenging times by creating various fun virtual activities to improve our mental and physical health. Besides all the great internal company culture, Piper has also shown me the enormous amount of hardworking, dedicated, loyal people that make up this Company as a whole. I truly have never seen anything like it. All I can say is that if you get the privilege to work at Piper Companies you will find an abundance of people who will push and guide you towards success within your career.

      Pros

      I've been in the IT staffing business for almost 10 years now. I have worked at some great places, but there is nothing like Piper Companies. Between the culture that has been instituted and the support you receive by your peers and leadership, your set up for amazing success. Living through this pandemic so far has been scary and challenging for many personal reasons, but Piper has put the most amazing processes and support in place, not only from a business perspective, but personal as well. Piper has always felt like family and home for me, but it's gone to a new level in the most positive way possible in the last few months. A job is a job, but when you're made to feel important and supported, working at Piper has become a lifestyle!

      Cons

      In all honesty, there is nothing negative I can think of when it comes to Piper. Staffing is always going to be staffing. There are a ton of ups and downs, surprises and frustrations. But if you work for a company that has your full support, those days when it may be tough to get up and get going, become a lot easier when you enjoy the culture of the company and the people you work with.
