Pros

They offer decent benefits

Cons

They say they advocate for work life balance but that’s not true. No structure, bankers do as they please and admins are enslaved to them. No diversity, outcast if you don’t fit in. Office very clickish.

Pros

Good size platform, generally good quality employees, professional. Generally good benefits and pay in line with the street. Should be around for a long time given conservative management.

Cons

Has lost the midwest culture of caring about its employees. Now like every other investment bank out there. Management lacks real vision.

Pros

The culture is not as aggressive as other IBD but at the same time it has a good amount of deal flows so interns obtain a good insight of how an Investment Bank operates. It has a really strong position in healthcare (mostly middle market), specially in the US.

Cons

The hours are not great although probably better than in other Investment Banks.
