      Pros

      Managing directors look to develop talent and junior employees have a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork.

      Cons

      Would encourage the firm to be more aggressive in terms of promoting and terminating strong and weak performers (respectively). Banking should be a competitive atmosphere (within reason) and I think my team lacks that a little bit.
