      Pros

      Good culture, good people. Wish more were back in the office but the company has done a poor job making people feel safe to do so - not from COVID but from the dangers of Murderapolis

      Cons

      Little emphasis from upper management on research, doesn’t make as much cash for the company as banking so we are left high and dry. Salaries are a fraction of competitors and work/life is worse as many competitors have teams of more than just a single associate. Little opportunity for upward mobility and development

      Great exposure to really smart people, high quality work that involves strategic thinking and building relationships with senior management at clients

      Cons

      Minneapolis is HQ and a bit away from the main tech corridors. Given it is investment banking at times it can be a bit intense
