      Pros

      The benefits are good, and the work-life balance wasn't bad for my first job out of college. The HR department was great when I started, with interviews and onboarding, and great when I left by conducting a good exit interview.

      Cons

      The culture could be very negative, depending on your position. The marketing department was treated as a cost center and not a valuable business partner. Doing things the way they've always been done was the norm, and new ideas were not encouraged.

      Exposure to C-level executives, great learning experience. You get to do all the work - learning- with everyone else is ready to take credit

      Cons

      No work life balance Inexperienced senior management incapable of sourcing deals that will actually close Dissatisfaction at every level due to compensation or nature of work resulting in everyone trying to look for an exit
