      Pros

      Free trading but now everywhere gives you free trade. My chair in my cube was comfortable.

      Cons

      Company says one thing and does another. Constant revolving door of employees coming and going. Only way to get more money is the leave. Benefits were so terrible. I can only imagine if you had a serious medical condition occur you would be bankrupt unless you had a rich family member. Only way to get a promotion is to have attended Ivy league school or have an Uncle or someone you know who is already in investment banking or research.
