Pros

Growing firm, hours are better than most Wall Street banks, management is available to discussing any issues that come up. Compensation is at the high end of the range versus comparable banks.

Cons

Loyalty is demanded from you from the street, but is not given by them. As soon as you hint that you are exploring other options, you are ostracized and edged out. My team is extremely hierarchical, despite boasting a flat management style and collaborative culture.
