Pros
Piston Liberty is a small growing company located in a Kansas City suburb. The Liberty location which opened in 2008 was the first satellite/branch plant outside of its headquarters located in Detroit Michigan. This plant has been a huge success for the company as a whole. Its success led to the opening of another satellite location in Louisville Kentucky in 2011. Management team at this location is dedicated to continuous improvement.
Cons
There's not a huge growth potential from within due to the company size. Management team located in its headquarters, Detroit Michigan, continue to struggle to build a more cohesive relationship between its members, while struggling to maintain and sustain the company's continuous rapid growth.
