      Great company - no room to grow at the moment

      - young company - fun environment, great people! - hybrid/flexible work environment - "trust based" pto

      Cons

      - middle management is too young/inexperienced - poor communication skills among management - no room for growth these days; difficult to get promoted. Seems hard to move into different departments if you're unhappy in your current role

      The culture is great, coming into the office is never a drag, the clients we work with are awesome, the list goes on and on

      Honestly can't find anything that stands out. I've had some issues here and there like with any job, but nothing that consistently happens to get upset about
