Opportunity for high performers to learn, get promoted and earn a lot Very ethical and compassionate managers in my experience No overworking of employees Generally fun to work at

Inexperienced middle-management; often under-trained and make bad decisions Relatively high turnover No remote option whatsoever

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad to hear you saw the opportunities for employees to grow and be successful at PitchBook. We have done a significant amount of promotion from within at PitchBook over the years and our management training program did not keep up with our needs. I am happy to share that we are launching our new management training program in June which will provide training and development opportunities for all people-managers at PitchBook.
