Pros

This used to be a great company.

Cons

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this company makes it necessary. The biggest issue lies at the leadership level. The executives appear to lack clear direction, and instead of working toward a unified vision, each seems to be pursuing their own agenda. This creates confusion, inconsistency, and a culture where priorities shift constantly without explanation. Lack of Vision: There is no cohesive strategy guiding decisions, which leaves employees and clients uncertain about the company’s goals. Self-Interest Over Teamwork: Leaders and staff often prioritize personal projects or ambitions rather than what benefits the organization as a whole. Impact on Performance: Without alignment at the top, execution suffers. Projects stall, communication breaks down, and morale declines. It’s disappointing because the company has potential, but until leadership commits to a shared vision and transparent decision-making, progress will remain limited.
