      Pitney Bowes is a great company to work for. Most managers care about their employees, and I enjoy the work environment. Pitney Bowes has been around for a long time, and they do care about the work and personal life of their employees. Upper management are always keeping you inform of their decision and why they made them.

      Cons

      Working at Pitney Bowes has always been a great experience, so I really don't have negative things about this company as it has always been great to many employees. Maybe they need to promote people more often than they do.
