The place allows you to give in your best. It carries the culture of an established company and the zeal of a startup. It allows you to thrive and explore and gives you countless opportunities to step out of your confort zone and explore new opportunities with someone always there to have your back.

Cons

Some folks may be a little difficult to work with but by and large the organization is a healthy place to be in.
