The company offers an excellent work-life balance, a friendly and supportive work environment, and a well-equipped office that makes daily tasks efficient and enjoyable. Management has been very supportive in providing the necessary tools, allowing me to focus on my work without obstacles. The office culture is positive, and colleagues are kind and collaborative, making it a great place to work.

Cons

For non-IT role. more structured career development support and discussions would be beneficial.
