They are in mailing business. Mail and businnes for mail is dropping, so they are struggling. Senior management is too greedy and incompetent. They take millions in bonuses while laying off jobs, cutting coffee, not paying for overtime, selling buildings, etc. General sentiment in the company is, It is a Titanic it had its days. But now it is sinking and the greedy management just as the one on titanic wants to make the most before it goes down. They have no capacity to rescue it.

Low salaries, poor treatment of employees, poor communication, "old boy" network behind many promotions as opposed to skill and ability,heavy micro-management, internal resources are suprisingly antiquated, can't really trust management to be honest or reliable, mileage reimbursment is low and unrealistic in relation to gas prices and what is expected of you.
