Pros
Work/Life balance, in terms of flexible work options.
Cons
Benefits are virtually non existent in Canada if you are a single income household and they took away sick days. Field service employees are being asked to become administrators. they don't let them focus on what they do best. "Fix machines and keep customers happy" The company does not utilize their own products that can be easily used to manage shipping and CRM. To my knowledge they do not even utilize products developed/sold by their software division to get location based intelligence.
