      If a persoon want to devote more time towards family,do less work and enjoy life then PBI is the best place to work for.

      Cons

      1. Less recognition for good work. 2. Below average work load 3. No processes are followed. 4. Poor canteen. no food and bad snacks are available. 5. Library not proper. 6. Very less apraisal for average rating.

      Great benefits, a great company to work for, they are always in the public eyes for innovation. Can't seem to get out

      No input. Senior management makeas all the decisions. Job is not gaureenteed. Layoffs are done on an annual basis. No one is safe
