Pros

Decent pay Nice enough clients (if you can give them what they want but watch out if you can't!) Good training program

Cons

Not flexible at all with scheduling Management won't tell you which building you are supposed to be in until the day of. This makes life really frustrating because you may think you are going to be in the same building you have been for a while but then you get that call...

Pros

Great benefits and it is nice to not be in the office all day, Great learning opportunity did get to travel for training.

Cons

There are too many numbers that need to be met and it is impossible to meet them, so at the end of the year you do not get a pay raise. They expect you to do online training on your own time and policy says it needs to be done during business hours. Its bad when 90% of the team is not meeting the correct numbers.
