Pros

This is the growth business of a big, old company. PB has deep pockets and pays pretty well. The opportunities to interact with the EMEA leadership are good, and it feels pretty meritocratic.

Cons

Management - at a global senior level can be somewhat removed from the troops. The president, John O'Hara does a great job lobbying to be the next CEO of PB.....

Pros

Pitney Bowes does a good job balancing work/life priorities and community involvement. I believe the pay structure is very competetive.

Cons

The last three years have seen the company go from being proactive to reactive. Instead of relying on it's greatest asset - employees and their innovation - it has continuously cut that asset for quick cost reduction to salvage the stock price.

Pros

Great name and market share. Takes care of their employees.

Cons

Constant changes with no strategy or idea of where the company is heading. Poor leadership who operates independently. Not collaborative.
