Pros

MLB team. 1 of 6,000 professional baseball players in country. You have to play for who drafts you, you don't really have a choice.

Cons

Not everything was always fair. Players who are allotted a bigger signing bonus are often promoted in front of other players with less money invested in them. Cut throat business.

It is a very well known and legitimate high-status company. Get to be around sports, particularly baseball, along with concerts and shows.

Cons

Treat you like you are a twelve year old. Can get somewhat boring at certain instances, such as late night concerts.
