One of the standout aspects of working here was the industry experience and exposure. The company provided a great platform for professionals to gain valuable insights into the industry. The collaborative environment allowed me to learn from other smart and experienced individuals, providing a unique opportunity to "drink from the hose" of knowledge. Additionally, the financial rewards were incredible, making it a lucrative choice for those seeking financial growth.
Cons
There were some notable downsides to my time with the company. The workplace culture was, at times, unprofessional and even childish. Instances of employees engaging in very inappropriate behavior in the office as well as inappropriate conversations were unfortunately not uncommon. Members of the leadership team's behavior was particularly concerning. A particular member frequently cried on calls and spoke poorly of colleagues, consistently expressed frustrations and inability to manage emotions, created an atmosphere that was confusing and difficult to work under. The workplace often felt cliquey with a lack of respect for boundaries.
