Pros

coworkers are welcoming, they don't have a strict dress-code or any discrimination against tattoos or piercings not strict on needing time off for appointments or if you need to leave

Cons

pay is low, no reviews, and managers are padded heavily. They'll hire another manager to help figure out why they're struggling when they won't pay for a 3rd engineer. so much turnover that if you leave, they might just hire you back as a contractor and you can get paid better. they're lenient on when you can leave if you have to because they know they don't compensate you well enough for you to care insurance is expensive and covers nothing.

Toxic Work Environment

Pros

None - working at Pivot will certainly become your biggest mistake.

Cons

Toxic culture where the CEO/Owner has no checks and balances. He butters you up, tells you to take care of yourself, then punishes you for taking care of yourself. In addition is unwillingness to even come close to market value for salaries is an embarrassment.
