Supportive mission but lacks communication and support

Pros

Good if your self motivated and can do things on your own. Seems like a good company to work for. . There mission statement is what I like. They seem to care about you but your on your own weekly pay. Good benefits

Cons

Very little communication. Don't count on any help. Very stressful at times pulled in many different directions

Pros

The team working Indianapolis was great, we helped each other out whenever possible.

Cons

Because most properties were less than 80 units a manager for full-time would have to work two properties and most properties in Indiana were an hour and a half away from each other
