Pros

We are very well able to balance work and personal lives and be ourselves in the workplace. This is heavily promoted. We are also heavily empowered and encouraged to be autonomous in our roles which is nice.

Cons

Communication barriers such as time delays with a team based in the EU make for frustrations. US Management will often second guess themselves because even they are left in the dark with Europe team.

Pros

Berin team is a group of good guys. If you are young, you can start your career here to learn what agile really means at many companies: hectic, continuous reorganization of products and teams.

Cons

- The CEO is watching all internal channels and jumps into ANY conversation, no matter what topic it is. - Managers are not doing any people management. - Mass layoffs are happening regularly, and the best method to not get on the radar is to be quiet and not want to do things in the right way.
