Pros
-It might be different now that some people are gone, but the team was lively and fun, we'd joke around a lot. The manager was a bro, miss that guy -Free pizza with every shift! -5 dollars an hour in tips for cashiers and expediters plus your normal wages. So my ending salary was about 16 an hour including the tips, which was pretty good for the food industry. -Free pizza -Flexible schedule, good for students -Cordial and adorable owner, his wife is also nice. He truly cares about the customers. Adorable kids. -Fast-paced, good-smelling environment -Stretching the dough is fun -Free pizza -Variety of responsibilities (everyone will wash dishes and clean at some point) -Small company, so you'll pretty much know everyone, even the owner -Did I mention free pizza? And it's really really good pizza.
Cons
-It's the food industry. -not really feasible if you need to work full-time, unless you're a jack-of-all-trades, but this is kind of rare. Cashiers usually don't work on the line and vice-versa unless someone calls in sick. -The training for working on the line and as a stretcher is a long process and not for the weak of heart. You only get trained on the line when it's slow, which is rare, and you're usually needed to do your job anyway. It's also kind of a male-centered environment. Females tend to only work as cashiers (which isn't too bad, as working the line is rather fast-paced and stressful). -The owner watches the cameras. It's kind of weird.
