Pros
Great training for those without any degrees or experience. Easy to move up to the next level of management, until you get to Store Manager. Experience is great to carry on into the same or different fields of employment.
Cons
Upward mobility tends to stall after you reach Store Manager. If you are not used to being a "jill-of-all-trades", then this is not the job for you. Pay is low. High employee turnover. Mgmt has no life outside the job.
