Pros
Work life balance is excellent, people are great. Benefits are amazing! HR has a lot of great trainings on how to be a better employee and leader, if you want it! Office is amazing with all yum brands food in the cafeteria. There is a basketball court to play basketball and horses behind the pond.
Cons
Management is disconnected from SRE's and listen to outside sources vs listening to it's own people. Also reorg'ed several times in less than 1.5 years. Talent is not listened to unless you come from a third party. Finally, tons of meetings with no time to work.
