Pros
A paycheck....I guess. But if you don't want to do direct deposit they force you to sign up for a paycard with a third party company, Gone are the days of paper payroll checks. Now you have to pay to access your own money.
Cons
Long hours, low pay, the staff doesn't bother to show up most of the time, or if they do they're usually late. Clueless management, cult like mandatory training videos, it's weird.
