Pros

Delivering pizzas was and will always be my favorite job. Customers are always happy to see you, I got to drive around in my car and listen to music, it was awesome. PPL were always trying to get an extra shift, so if you wanted time off you just asked another driver.

Cons

Some customers don't understand that as a delivery driver you are responsible for ALL of your own gas and car repair expenses, whilst you are being paid minimum wage. Tipping your delivery driver is so important!!! Yes the store charges you a fee to deliver, but that money goes to purchase the hot bags that keep your pizza hot while in transport, and to purchase the light up car toppers.

Disappointing

Pros

Beautiful corporate office! Compensation is good when you first start but some departments don't get much of the raise and promotion pool.

Cons

Many key managers are "burnt-out" and have checked out. No belief in people with slipping values and lots of back stabbing and conspiracy theories. Managers have severe trust issues and do not know how to lead in this very outdated-thinking organization. Many departments operate the same way they did 20 years ago. Exhausting work!

Good for extra money, or perhaps managerial related work

Pros

Perhaps the good thing about this store in general is that it's GM is understanding and can work with certain schedules; whether you have a second job or classes, you'll always have days to work. Even better is that they're always welcome if you desire more hours or days.In truth, all the managers there (Staff, assistant, even district) are friendly and are always willing to listen to problems whether in the store, or employment. Work itself is fairly easy and hardly requires any experience whatsoever, though one should be very wary to pay attention to detail as mind you, this IS a restaurant.

Cons

Recall that above, it was mentioned that this restaurant in particular enjoys it's employees wanting to request more hours or days? That's mainly it's down fall, though not so much the fact that it enjoys hard working people, but the fact that it's completely underhanded, mainly with only two or three cooks, a waitress or two (majority of the time, callers or even the managers have to fill the position), etc. Likewise, training itself is simply "Look at this video, complete the tests, then hands on training" which is either hit or miss; in my time there, I agreed to multiple positions for the sake of experience, only to be kept back in the kitchen to make pizzas. I won't even go into detail on how long it took me to actually learn proper preparatory of dough, or even sauce preparations.
