Pros
The work is very easy. The coworkers are usually nice (depending on location). As a driver you make minimum plus whatever tips you are given from the customer. And the food is decent.
Cons
Management treats you as a piece of meat and will do anything to sell a pizza (even if it includes putting your safety at risk). Your "employee discount" is 50% off of anything under 5 dollars and 20% off on all other orders. Do not expect to get promoted or even a raise for that matter. The customers are rude and hateful people and most do whatever it takes to not pay for their food.
