Pros

Flexible Scheduling. Fun atmosphere. A lot of personal growth can be learned. Usually get whatever days off you want. Management is OK. Not poor but not GREAT, either.

Cons

The pay sucks. It is like high school drama every day you go to work, as it is filled with a LOT of high school / college employees. Get yelled at by customers for ridiculous things. The ''benefits'' suck. They require you as a shift manager to be available 24/7 in case someone calls in for you to come in and cover their shift. Your clothes/car/shoes smell disgusting after about a week of employment.
