Pros

Pizza Hut really cares for it's salaried managers. I love the rush you get when it's busy. There's a nice balance between paper work and physical work. You can set your own hours. They are generous with vacation time. Health insurance is awesome.

Cons

As the general manager you are responsible for every single thing that happens in your store and don't even think about giving an excuse they will not be heard. As the manager it can be difficult to keep up with all of their demands AND keep your labor costs down. Basically you have to do alot of the stuff yourself.

Pros

Franchise owners and upper management really seem to appreciate employees. For most employees the scheduling is very flexible.

Cons

Because it is located in the sparser populated states upward movement in the company can be slow if you are unwilling to relocate. Management hours can be extremely long, but that is true in all restaurants.
