      Pizza Hut likes to promote from within. If you are starting out as a team member and want to work your way up, this is a good place to get the experience.

      Cons

      As a salaried manager, you are expected to work a lot of hours and be there whenever needed. You are on call 24/7 and if needed, you have to drop what you are doing and go to work.

      Pros

      As with most hospitality jobs the team you work with make or break the job, lucky for me the time i worked for pizza hut the staff became some very close friends.

      Cons

      Senior management, I found, were completely disrespectful and unwilling to pitch in. Like all restaurants similar to pizza hut staff turnover is high so it was difficult to maintain an appropriate level of standards. support from your manager completely depends on the attitude of that person. some work and some don't

      flexible hours are always good the training was more than enough to prepare you for the job any moron could do this job

      the management was completely incompetent, wasted countless dollars on participating in promos that made the store more busy but never anymore money.
