Friendly, casual environment Family work culture with high values- Living the Placon Way Profit sharing is a great plus and great benefits Feel good about protecting the environment with our Ecostar material made from post consumer bottles collected curbside.

Cons

Smaller company so you wear a lot of hats but it's great experience
