The roles in Implementation are very important to PlanSource’s success and client escalations need to be addressed urgently especially during Q4 so as to help our employer and broker community prepare for their Open Enrollment. This is a unique environment and best suited for those who are willing to move fast and operate with excellence. Given the depth of knowledge employees gain on our platform, while in Implementation, they do move to other positions as part of their career progress or promotion.
