Amazing social environment and working with smart people

- social environment - surrounding yourself by smart people - relatively safe job - exciting what might come ahead

Cons

- lack of vision from leadership - no authenticity: "say what you do, do what you say" - we've been focused on something else than our real product problems for too long - everyone wants to delegate, nobody wants to take decisions/ actions/ responsibility - people are getting a little too comfortable
