A company in transformation

Pros

Transitioning from a start-up mentality is done with continuous effort

Cons

During the transition from a start-up there are few bumps in the road and this is because there are no clear roles and responsibilities defined and everyone is doing either too much, either what they are not supposed to do. In the worst case, people are not doing well what they are supposed to do and trying to do other people's jobs that they are not assigned for. Also, this is the classical example of a company who hires experts and tell them what to do. Management does not have a clear direction, plan or strategy and this leaves the impression of a boat without a captain.

- Great place for growth, they are keen on that area. - Good salaries and benefits and they are really people-minded. - Planday cares about their employee well-being. - You'll get a lot of affirmations from the management. - Amazing office location. - Flexible working hours and flexibility when it comes to the working area. - Culture diversity. It is such a positive environment and because of that, you'll get more motivated and excited to work on projects and improve the company.

Cons

- A little disorganised when it comes to the job description for the roles - who is doing what. - Lacking a bit of communication between different departments within the company
