Pros

Planday has grown a lot, but isn't too proud to know that there are still many ways we can continue to improve our product, our people and our processes. We're not satisfied with being "good enough", and I think that comes from consistently being encouraged by management to be empowered to dive into a previous failure, find a solution, and make a change.

Cons

We've have had a "start-up" feel for a long time, and when you're in that mind-set I think people can feel overwhelmed by how many changes are coming to a company at one time. However, I think some of the recent changes to our internal tech, communication and ways of working have led to a stronger and more focused teams ...if you can hold on during a slightly bumpy path to get there.
