Pros

Very transparent with what's happening and good communication. A very good respect for work life balance. Good well thought out plans and long term vision. Good implementation of guilds. Very good agile coaching, adaptating to each team. Overall I have loved my time at planday and would highly recommend working here.

Cons

I guess there is a bit of technical debt to sort out. But what software company doesn't have technical debt.
