      Pros

      Great people, always trying to improve processes and help customers.

      Cons

      Nothing to add at this point, every company has its ups and downs, it'll be up to you to decide. Can be fast paced or very slow sometimes, so you have to be adaptable, though I don't think that's a con.

      Fun collaborative team, nice central office environment, good collaboration with other colleagues and support from SDR managers with weekly meetings.

      Cons

      Product sometimes hard to sell with many competitors, could have more rewards for hitting target and more support from managers to help with quarterly targets

      Strong culture and great opportunities for SDRs

      Pros

      Planday is a great company with a strong culture and some truly amazing people. They take good care of their SDRs, even during periods of change in leadership and business direction. If you’re new to SaaS or looking to gain more experience, Planday is an excellent place to grow and build a career. Many CSMs and AEs were former Planday SDRs, which speaks volumes as similar businesses in the industry don't internally promote like they do. The company works on exciting projects and partners with some really interesting customers, which makes the work more engaging.

      Cons

      The business strategy wasn’t always clear during my time, but it seems like they’re heading in the right direction. The SDR development plan also felt a bit unstructured initially, but improved massively just after I decided to leave. Like many organisations, there’s occasionally more gossip than I’d prefer, but I understand that’s fairly common. The office move to Kings Cross was a pain! but I know they're moving back to the city. BOSH!
