Hi Plandayer, thank you very much for taking the time to rate our company. We are glad to hear that you enjoy the work-life-balance and our office. We are sorry to hear though, that you are missing transparency from our leadership team, and feel like changes are not driven forward. Our Leadership Team is working continuously on creating more regular communications across multiple channels, to make sure everyone is updated on strategy, priorities and challenges. If you would have some feedback on how we could improve the communication, please always feel free to reach out either to your manager or to the People Experience Team. We also understand that there is a need to change certain work processes. Some of these changes might take more time, due to impact on multiple teams and areas.
