Above average salary. Friendly environment between colleagues but not with management.

Cons

Zero support offered since I've been here, one 1on1, very little mentorship or training provided. Poor sales processes resulting in poor sales figures in the company as a whole.

We want all of our people to feel they have the skills and support needed to excel.
