Best place I’ve ever worked. The company look after their people really well. Schedule (7/7) is known months, even years, in advance.

Cons

Pay isn’t the best. Some nepotism / favoritism.

Good group of pilots. Good training. Great safety culture. Fast upgrade. Good overtime rates and high availability. Hard days off.

Cons

Operations change rapidly. ( Several changes a day). Long days in the summer time. Captains are self dispatching.
