      Pros

      Interesting industry: Being around airplanes is cool. You really get to learn about the business side of aviation that a majority of the population is unaware of. You gain valuable insight into all of the factors that keep a fleet of planes in the air.

      Cons

      Management lacks the awareness and support to make sound decisions. Workplace gossip is rampant with HR being its most frequent participant.

      Pros

      Training is excellent, most people are easy to deal with, pay is not bad, they don’t push you to complete a flight if you don’t feel comfortable with the wx. They seem to listen and encourage feedback.

      Cons

      8 days on is a long time.
