Opportunities for Growth is merit based not seniority based (excluding pilots) Stable company in a generally unstable industry Excellent benefits for my family

Cons

Some of the more senior team members can be negative Schedules are seniority based but still allow for 3 days off per week Working weekends and holidays is the norm

Dealing with private aircraft, good Health care coverage. Price good.

Cons

Vacation benefits lacking. Not on par with the industry. 401k is weak at best. Won't tell employees wether it's a matching contribution till end of year.
