If you have an interest in aviation this is a very cool place. Privately owned company means that you get the chance to wear a lot of hats and gain more access into how top level decisions are made compared to a publicly traded corp.

Cons

Privately owned company means that there is no profit sharing or stock benefits. Many departments have flat management structure which leaves little room to advance.
